Neutral damage and service reporting

Legal operator: Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC. For reporting-center help, contact support@sslllccom.com or (877) 884-5350.

Movers On Demand Marketplace is a technology marketplace operated by Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC. Services are performed by independent third-party providers.
The Claims Reporting Center is a neutral communication and recordkeeping tool. It helps customers and providers document damage reports, service concerns, uploaded records, provider responses, status changes, and voluntary resolutions.
Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC does not perform moving services, employ moving crews, transport household goods, supervise provider workers, determine fault, determine negligence, determine legal liability, act as an insurance company, act as a claims adjuster, arbitrate disputes, or pay damage claims.
Independent providers are responsible for their workers, service performance, required insurance, licensing, permits, damage reports, customer communications, settlements, claim payments, and legal proceedings arising from their services.
Customers may submit a damage or service report with a booking number, description, photos, videos, receipts, repair estimates, police reports when applicable, and other supporting records. Submitted information is made available to the independent provider for review and response.
Provider response statuses must remain neutral. The system may show Submitted, Sent to Provider, Awaiting Provider Response, Provider Responded, Customer Responded, Provider Proposed Resolution, Parties Report Resolution, Administratively Closed, or Reopened.
The marketplace must not label a report as Claim Approved, Claim Denied by Marketplace, Provider Found Liable, Customer Found Responsible, Marketplace Determination, or Fault Assigned.
Marketplace staff may help users access forms, upload records, send reminders, preserve records, route reports, and enforce marketplace participation rules. Staff may not decide fault, recommend settlement amounts, force payment, provide legal advice, or represent either party.
A voluntary resolution may be recorded only as a resolution reported by the customer and provider. It is not a marketplace decision and does not mean Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC determined liability.
Transportation is included only when expressly stated in the booking and performed by an approved Transportation Provider. Labor-only providers may not transport household goods through labor-only bookings.
State-specific rules and provider insurance obligations may vary. Providers are responsible for determining and following the requirements that apply to their service classification and operating location.
