Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC operates Movers On Demand Marketplace and is responsible for the marketplace information practices described in this policy.

The marketplace does not sell customer or provider personal information.

Customer data is used to quote, book, support, invoice, document, and complete moving labor jobs.

Customers, providers, provider employees, and support users may receive transactional SMS/text messages from Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC for booking confirmations, move-day reminders, ETA updates, invoices, release links, support cases, document reminders, verification, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Provider data is used for onboarding, verification, marketplace ranking, payments, compliance, and support.

Payment card and connected-account banking data is entered directly into Stripe. The marketplace does not store full card numbers or provider bank-account credentials.

Private provider documents are stored in access-controlled file storage and are made available only through authorized marketplace workflows.

Role-based access limits customer, provider, employee, Move Specialist, Admin, and Owner access to the records needed for their duties.

Information may be shared with the selected provider, payment processors, authentication, SMS/text, email, infrastructure vendors, and authorities when required by law or needed to prevent fraud or protect users.

Mobile opt-in data and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for bookings, support, compliance, tax, payment, dispute, security, and legal obligations.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records that must be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
