Movers On Demand Marketplace is operated by Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC and connects customers with independent moving labor provider businesses.

Movers On Demand Marketplace is a technology marketplace. Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC does not perform moving services, employ provider crews, supply moving labor, supply moving trucks, transport household goods, supervise provider workers, determine fault, or pay damage claims.

Customers pay the full booking amount upfront at checkout.

By providing a phone number during booking or account setup, customers, providers, and authorized users authorize transactional SMS/text messages from Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC related to booking status, move-day updates, ETA, invoices, support, document reminders, verification, and review links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Marketing texts require any additional consent required by law.

Providers operate as independent 1099 service providers or independent provider businesses and are responsible for their own tax withholding, tax filings, payroll, insurance, licensing, crews, and business expenses.

Providers are independent companies responsible for their crews, worker conduct, work quality, licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, state-specific damage claim requirements, customer communications, settlements, and legal proceedings arising from their services.

Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC operates the marketplace platform and does not employ provider crews or perform the booked moving labor unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

The marketplace does not provide moving insurance, set state damage valuation rules, adjust provider claims, decide fault, arbitrate disputes, or pay provider damage claims. Each provider is responsible for insurance and state-specific claims obligations.

Labor-only bookings do not include transportation. Transportation is included only when expressly stated in the booking and performed by an approved Transportation Provider for the applicable state or interstate service classification.

Provider classifications, insurance badges, and operating authority are service-specific. A Labor-Only Provider Verified badge does not mean the provider supplies transportation, has USDOT or MC authority, or carries commercial auto or cargo insurance.

The Claims Reporting Center is a neutral communication and recordkeeping tool only. It allows customers and providers to exchange information, upload records, document responses, and record voluntary resolutions without creating a marketplace decision about fault or payment.

Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC may document disputes, preserve records, support communication, process authorized payment adjustments, and enforce marketplace rules without becoming the provider's insurer or claims arbitrator.

Base services are labor-only loading and unloading. Truck rental support may be offered only as an approved Premium provider add-on when required rental documents are uploaded.

Payment processing and provider payouts are handled through third-party payment processors, including Stripe Connect, under their applicable terms.

Use of the marketplace is also subject to the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Claims Reporting Center terms, and any booking-specific provider terms shown before payment.
