Provider agreement

Provider contract contact: support@sslllccom.com.

This Provider Agreement is between the provider business and Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC, the legal operator of Movers On Demand Marketplace.
Providers set their own prices, packages, service radius, availability, add-ons, and refund rules subject to platform approval.
Providers are independent 1099 providers or independent provider businesses and are responsible for their own tax withholding, tax filings, payroll, crew payments, insurance, licensing, and business expenses.
Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC or its payment/tax reporting provider will issue required year-end tax forms when applicable under then-current federal and state reporting rules.
Provider employee portal users may only access assigned job details, customer communication, ETA/status tools, and move-day GPS sharing. Employee users may not access provider pricing, payouts, banking, documents, applications, or admin controls.
Providers are responsible for their own employees, helpers, contractors, payroll classification, tax obligations, background checks, training, safety, conduct, and crew supervision.
Providers must keep current COI, business license, EIN proof, W-9, workers comp if applicable, DPS/household goods documents if applicable, and all state-required paperwork.
All state paperwork and provider compliance documents must be reviewed yearly and kept up to date before a provider can stay active.
Providers are responsible for their crews, claims, damage communication, job completion, and customer service on accepted jobs.
Providers must call the customer within 24-48 hours after booking to confirm move details and keep proof through call log screenshots, platform messages, or other approved documentation.
Provider no-show penalties may include first no-show written warning, second no-show $150 penalty, third no-show $350 penalty, and admin review for suspension.
If a no-show dispute occurs, providers must provide proof such as call logs, chat records, GPS arrival, job-site photos, or crew arrival documentation. Failure to provide proof may result in a partial customer refund and provider penalty.
Simply Satisfied Logistics LLC keeps the disclosed package marketplace fee from completed residential jobs: Standard 10%, Elite 15%, and Premium 20%, plus the separately disclosed platform maintenance fee.
Provider payout options include same-day payout processing for eligible completed, signed, and released jobs before 3 PM Eastern; next-day payout processing; or standard payout timing of 1-2 business days depending on the provider bank, Stripe Connect eligibility, holidays, and processor rules.
Base platform services are labor-only loading and unloading. Commercial base services are commercial labor-only loading and unloading.
Premium providers may offer the mover package truck-rental add-on with a 30% marketplace fee plus a 4.5% maintenance fee, but they must upload required rental proof and include the truck charge on the customer invoice.
Truck fee invoice lines are customer-visible. Truck fee funds may release after rental proof is uploaded and approved; remaining labor payout releases after job completion, customer signature, and payout review.
Providers using Penske must upload a commercial rental agreement. Providers using U-Haul must upload the booking confirmation with price. Providers using Budget or Enterprise must upload proof of account number.
Providers must not have outstanding rental contracts with U-Haul, Penske, Budget, or Enterprise when accepting a truck-rental add-on job.
Providers must not create duplicate main locations within 50 miles unless approved as a real multi-branch company.
Package upgrades require quality standards, including completed reviews, 5-star performance, response time, and admin approval.
